Part of a collection of Eastern Orthodox Saints, the coin is dedicated to St Nicholas of Myra.

The image of Saint Nicholas has his name in Belarussian script above; the obverse has the inscription of the Republic of Belarus around the top with the Belarussian coat of arms, below is the Savior Transfiguration Church in Polotsk. The inscription for "Orthodox Saints" is above the church. The coin was minted by the Mennica Polska (Mint of Poland).
