St. NIcholas Day is a special occaision for residents, families and staff at Holy Family Residence for the elderly. Children bring an extra shoe to line up along the wall in the hall. St. Nicholas' story of helping those in need is told. St. Nicholas visits and has gifts for the children, followed by a meal for residents, families and staff.
