St. Matthew's Church, Bayswater

The real St. Nicholas visited the regular Sunday Eucharist. The congregation and local schools gave individual wrapped Christmas gifts that were blessed and later delivered to be shared with needy children. St. Nicholas was accompanied by a Nicholas or Boy Bishop, echoing a custom that was popular in the late middle ages.
