The first annual procession was in 2014, to help people understand that the real Santa was a Bishop from Myra honored for his kindness and mercy. The question is, "What can I do for someone?" To be counted as a saint in the procession, at least a miter is required. In 2019 there were 723 Saints and nearly 2000 people participated. The weekend of activities includes Mass in the church and activities include St. Nicholas visits with sick children, concerts, arts and literary competition and more. The procession begins in the Main Market Square in Old Town and proceeds to Thursday Hill (Wzgórze Czwartek).
