L'église St Nicolas

Wasquehal, Hauts-de-France France

Roman Catholic

This, the third church on the site, was dedicated in 1901. The first church, 1252, was burned by French troops in 1482. The next, built in 1511 and restored in 1841, was razed to make way for a larger church to accomodate area growth. The town provided a new organ, copy of an 18th century German organ, in 1989. The church is frequently used for concerts.
