St. Nicholas Collegiate Church, 1872-1947, was part of the Reformed Church in America's New York City Collegiate Church system, established in 1628. The brownstone church, known as the "Protestant Cathedral" was razed in 1952 to make way for the Sinclair Oil Building which is now part of the Rockefeller Center complex.
