Aluminum alloy
4 1/2 × 5 7/8 inches

Carel van Laere created many original molds and produced them commercially for use in bakeries and confectioners' shops. He used an aluminum alloy so the molds would not rust. This mold is made in segments so different colors could be used for parts of the figures.
