Brewed on a Sunday and blessed by Belgian clergy, this Abbey-style beer was brewed to assist the restoration fund of nearby St Nicholas church.

This bottle-conditioned version is released for sale on the feast day of St Nicholas, patron saint of sailors and brewers and the origin of the legend of Santa Claus.
