Recipe for St Nicholas

When I think of you
I taste steaming milk with dark chocolate

with a spoonful of whipped cream on top
A month sugar-free? Nothing for me!

Enlivened with extra cocoa and mini marshmallows,
making me feel like a real Saint Culinary

At the helm of my toy kitchen
(which may well be renewed)

Happy to pour you a thermos warmth
and quickly share my big secret.
