Orthodox Church in America
The church was established in 1912 by Slavic immigrants from Ukraine, Byelorus, and Russia. This Slavic origin is still celebrated by the more diverse present-day congregation. The building was built in 1929 and is a locally designated landmark. A fire in 1973 destroyed much of the church, which was then rebuilt.
