Built in the 14th century as a chapel annexed to the Chippenham Parish Church, it was later annexed to St Nicholas, Biddestone. Cromwell's soldiers destroyed the church on their way to Bristol to embark for Ireland. After lying in ruins for 200 years it was rebuilt in 1823 and restored in 1883. The church seats 80.More photos
