The churches of St Mary and St Nicholas were were combined into one about 1450. The church was restored in 1887/8, retaining some original parts. The Parish of Holy Trinity Bledlow, with St Mary and St Nicholas Saunderton and St Michael and All Angels Horsenden belongs to the Risborough Team Ministry.
