Church of England (Anglican)
The medieval St Nicholas Church (ca 1250) is all that remains after the village relocated following the black death. The church is a stones throw from the town of Harrold and Chellington itself is now on the other side. Since being declared redundant in the 1972, Chellington St Nicholas serves as a diocesan youth centre. Groups book the Centre for Chellington community experiences of expedition, contemplation and invigoration that take place in a setting of simplicity, beauty, and quiet. A major renovation project to provide modern residential centre facilities, upgrading accommodation, kitchen, quiet room, meeting room, lobby, toilets and shower,s was completed in 2005.
