The Mission Church, dedicated to St. Nicholas, was founded in 1987. Construction of a new facility began in October 2004 and was consecrated in September 2007. The new church includes a kitchen and guest facilities. It is part of the Holy Orthodox Mission that also includes the monastery, St. Isaac of Syria Skete, that produced icon reproductions. The skete is closed and St. Paul The Apostle Orthodox Monastery (ROCOR) is now on the premises.
