Following the merger of St. Nicholas of Newark, and Ss Constantine and Helen of Orange, NJ, the new parish of Ss Nicholas, Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church was formed. The new church, built in Roseland, New Jersey, was opened in September 2011, following 5 years of construction.
