The late 12th century church was already threatened ruin in the 18th century, though it had been restored in 1739. It fell to further destruction in 1858, 1908 and 1933. Various architectureal elements and furnishings are in other churches, including San Juan de Rabanera, Palafox Chapel, and the Romanesque font is in the museum of sacred art in San Pedro.
