This Mission Church was established in 1979 to provide an Episcopal congregation for the military personnel at nearby Castle Air Force Base. St. Luke's in Merced provided important resources to help the new church become established. The congregation lost the building when the break=away San Joaquin Anglican Diocese left the Episcopal Church. It is now listed as a mission of the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin.
