Church of St. Nicholas

The first building was wood; an updated bell tower was added in 1823. In 1854 the building burned down. The new church was finished in 1889. The priest was shot in 1937. The church continued open until the 1960s when it was closed and looted. Restoration began in 2007 and the first service held on the porch in 2008. Restoration is still underway.
