Zlutice - Verušice Czech Republic
[Roman Catholic]
The early Gothic church, built by the Milevsky monastery in 1384, was rebuilt in Baroque style in 1765. The original Gothic windows were bricked up and narrow rectangular ones inserted below. Since 1958 the church has served as a cemetery chapel in Zlutice. The roof and roof trusses were repaired in 2009, as was the tower roof. Once the church had a richly ornamented interior; now it is bare walls. The church is in poor condition and not used for worship. The church is a listed building and the Linden trees in the churchyard are also protected.
