Udbina Croatia
[Roman Catholic]
The Baroque church was built in 1714 and expanded in 1838. The church was burned in 1942; the priest hanged in the village in 1945. A hotel was built on the site of the demolished church. The hotel was later demolished, as well. The Church of Croatian Martyrs, commemorating the martyrs of World War II and the Croatian War in 1994-95, was built on the site and dedicated in 2013.
