Church of England (Anglican)
The church, serving a farming area with only a few houses, was probably built in the 12th century. The tall, narrow nave is Norman, but much alteration has taken place over the centuries, including the addition of the timber belfry in 1683 and major restoration in 1865. The Priest's House on the grounds originally provided accomodation for travelling priests from Seale Priory, later serving as almshouses for the parish.
