Greek Catholic (Byzantine)
The chapel was built from 2004-2006; it was consecrated in 2006. The original 1800 Greek Catholic church belonged to the Russian Orthodox Church from 1946-1962. Authorities closed it in 1962, opening it again as a Russian Orthodox Church. It returned to the Greek Catholics in 1990, but that year the town was divided between the two groups and the church given to the Ukrainian Orthodox. This church was then built from 2004-06 and consecrated in 2006 for the Greek Catholic community.
