Krusovce Slovakia
Roman Catholic
The church, dating from around 1250, was originally dedicated to St. Nicholas. By 1560 it was run down and unused. Then it was taken over by Evangelicals until 1673, and was left in poor condition. In 1711 a fire burned the Church of the Virgin Mary and it took over both the church and the patronage. It has since had many repairs and restorations, with a complete one beginning in 2012.
