Mrocza Poland
Roman Catholic
The parish dates from the 1300s; Swedish wars caused the depopulation of the town. The current church was built in 1931-32, using the furnishings from the earlier churches. The church was closed by the Germans in 1939 and the priests were murdered. From 1939-1945 the church was nearly destroyed. After the war parishioners rebuilt the church. In 1955 heating was installed, then a new floor, and new tabernacle. The church was consecrated in 1963.
