[Church of England (Anglican)]
The Grade II listed church, dating from the 1200s or earlier, was originally dedicated to St Nicholas. The church built of rubble with some ashlar was rebuilt from 1777 to 1779 and restored in 1904. It was on clay that began to slough away at one corner in 2023, necessitating removal of the stained glass window. Costs to restore were beyond reach and the church closed in 2026.
