The church. 1394, was founded in the Middle Ages and built by merchants from Dubrovnik. Catholics left the area after the 15th century Ottoman conquest. In the 17th century, following the departure of the last Franciscans, the White Mosque was built on the church ruins. Remnants of the church are in the White Mosque.
