Medal from the Catedral de San Nicolás de Bari in San Nicolás de los Arroyos, Argentina. The Cathedral has a particular devotion to the Blessed Virgin, Maria del Rosario de San Nicolás, consecrated in 1983, following appearances to Gladys Quiroga as she prayed the rosary.
