Make two special St. Nicholas ornaments with vintage Austrian cookie papers. The 1950 papers are from a Vienna chocolatier's shop. European St. Nicholas cookies are often made with cookie papers and decorative icing piped around the paper. The fuzzy chenille rick rack makes perfect "icing piping."
