Babybel St. Nicholas #1
2 Babybel Mini Cheese
Whipped cream cheese
2 chocolate decors
1 bamboo skewer
Sharp knife
2 toothpicks
- Carefully pull the tabs on one Babybel, leaving the red halves connected in the front. You will need to cut one of the tabs to do this.
- Cut a small slice from the bottom so it will stand up.
- Pull the tabs on the second Babybel; completely remove one red piece.
- Cut a cross from the red "cap." (You can do this on the cheese, or taking it off and carefully cut, supporting it with your finger inside.)
- Use a toothpick to make "holes" for the eyes; push a chocolate decor into the hole.
- Push a toothpick into the standing base; push the head down on the toothpick.
- Use a small spreader to make the whipped cream cheese beard.
- Soften a bamboo skewer in VERY hot water; bend carefully, peel off the bits that crack. Try to curl it around tightly so it will retain some curve. Stick into base.
