Ingredients

Face: molded cheese spread
Beard: Alouette Cheese, softened
Miter: Red bell pepper
Eyes: Black olives

Directions

  • Mold cheese spread face.
  • Use pastry bag and tube with softened Alouette Cheese to make beard.
  • Cut red bell pepper and olives for miter and eyes.
  • Use a bit of the Alouette cheese for cross on miter.
  • Surround with desired variety of cheeses, vegetables, and crackers.
