Ingredients
Face: molded cheese spread
Beard: Alouette Cheese, softened
Miter: Red bell pepper
Eyes: Black olives
Directions
- Mold cheese spread face.
- Use pastry bag and tube with softened Alouette Cheese to make beard.
- Cut red bell pepper and olives for miter and eyes.
- Use a bit of the Alouette cheese for cross on miter.
- Surround with desired variety of cheeses, vegetables, and crackers.
