Right click PowerPoint file, and select Save Target As or in FireFox, "Save Link As".

To read the text on your monitor when when showing the presentation:

  • Click on View Show in the Slide Show tab
  • Right click on the slide
  • Click on Speaker Notes
  • Move the box to a convenient location
  • The notes will change when the slides change
