Luke 2:7

Bethlehem was so crowded that Mary and Joseph had to stay in a stable and there Baby Jesus was born. How unlikely a place for the Prince of Peace, God's Savior to the world, to be born. Even today God comes to us in very unlikely moments and places. That's the way God is.

Away in a manger,
no crib for his bed,
The little Lord Jesus
laid down his sweet head;
The stars in the sky
looked down where he lay,

asleep on the hay.
