Luke 2:15–20

The shepherds were amazed at all they had heard and seen. They went to Bethlehem and there found the Baby Jesus. As they went back to their sheep, they had to praise God for everything that had happened to them. When we send a Christmas card, we become like those shepherds praising God and telling the world about Jesus' birth.

Hark! the herald angels sing,
"Glory to the new-born King;
Peace on earth, and mercy mild,
God and sinners reconciled!"
Joyful, all ye nations, rise,
Join the triumph of the skies,
With the angelic host proclaim,

"Glory to the new-born King!"
