Advent wreaths are one way of helping us to prepare for Christmas. The wreaths should include four candles in a circle, a new candle being lit each of the Sundays of Advent. It may include a fifth candle which is the Christmas candle and of course will be lit together with the other four only on Christmas day. Advent wreaths may be very ornate or they may be very simple. Maybe you will want to make one for use in your home.
