Sing a song of holy praise
On the solemn joyous feast day,
As we welcome that great saint
He, who brings us joy and gladness.
Nicholas, the children's friend
On us all your blessing send.

Gifts and love and tender care
Nicholas we pray you'll give us.
That we can, these gifts now share
And retell your glorious stories
As we celebrate your love,
Lift our hearts to heaven above.

Now with you we make our way
On to Bethlehem we journey.
Here we come each Christmas day,
Offer here our prayers and praises.
Now with Mary mother mild
