The Life of St Nicholas Told in Icons
This series of ten beautiful icons portrays St. Nicholas' life and the best-known of his miracles in the St. Nicholas Chapel of the Greek Catholic Union in Beaver, Pennsylvania. The wooden chapel, built in the style of Carpathian Mountain (present day Slovakia) churches that were home to many Greek Catholic immigrants, was completed in 1992. St. Nicholas is the Patron Saint of the Greek Catholic Union, a fraternal insurance organization.
